- Your deposit is non-refundable.
- Once a vehicle is allocated, you will have 5 days to confirm your order. If you do not confirm your vehicle within this time frame, we may reallocate your vehicle to the next customer. If you still wish to purchase, you will need to restart your order, and any previous pricing, offers, or finance approvals will no longer be valid.
- Before this point, you will have access to our system to include your trade-in or arrange finance for your vehicle through us.
- Trade-in values will not be provided until within 30 days of delivery.
- Once you have confirmed your order, a vehicle offer and sale agreement will be signed, and your order will become unconditional and unable to be cancelled.
- Full payment will be required at least 5 days before delivery of your vehicle. Your vehicle will not be registered until full payment is received or finance documents are signed.
- Vehicles are allocated on a first come, first served basis, based on when orders have been placed. The anticipated delivery date is an estimate only and is subject to global production and logistical constraints. We will provide you with regular communication regarding any delays.
- Any changes to the order that require a different vehicle to be provided, including colour or model changes, will be treated as a completely new order. If pricing or specifications have changed, the new order will be based on the offer available in market at that time.
- Vehicle orders and production slots cannot be on-sold or swapped to other customers without prior approval from Andrew Simms BYD.
- Vehicle delivery will be by pickup from a location in Dunedin.
- Any changes to vehicle specification before delivery will be communicated to you in writing.
- On Road Costs of $1,490 include 1,000km of Road User Charges.
